Creating positive relationships during the sales process seems to be the most misunderstood concept by most sales people. WE are all in some sort of sales scenario which creates an end result by what we do.
I’ve found that many people won’t talk about it because they think their not in “selling”. Everyone sells something and in every profession, we are all serving someone. Some people are just better at it than others because their constantly developing the right skill sets which accomplish high quality results.
It’s up to us to understand what it requires to maximize each and every situation so each outcome benefits everyone involved. Your goals are to create a easier way to accomplish a positive result depending on what industry you are involved in.
I was asked during a recent sales consulting event, “How can I walk into any industry, sell so much without knowing the clients, the product or the company’?. What was I saying? How could they do better?
I responded by saying….I really care about what I do. I do my homework and I take nothing for granted. I’m extremely focused in making each encounter turn out positive. You must create trust first and you must do what ever you can to ask the right questions which lead to their intended outcome. Always lead your client………”Follow the Yellow Brick Road”. It’s a process…step by step.
More importantly then anything else, you must stay attentive to each answer you receive, and always stay sincere in your intentions to help them. Show each and every person that it’s not about the “sale”, it’s about them and what they’re trying to accomplish.
Get out of what’s in it for me. It’s about them and what they want. Never let them down and maintain integrity. Many sales people make promises that can’t keep or don’t intend to keep. If you promise something….then do it. Quality is what your shooting for and the client will feel it.
Most of time, SALES people don’t know what to say, or they say too much. It’s about timing and LISTENING. Keep everything moving forward by sincerely asking questions. Get them to talk. That way you can direct them.
Creating positive relationships will always guarantee you future referrals and clients who respect your expertise and direction. Lead by example……take pride in what you do…….and most importantly, never lie to create an end result. Back up everything you say. If you can’t back it up, don’t say it.
Remember……… Lead by listening, lead by your attentiveness, lead with sincerity, then direct. Make sure you’ve done everything you can do to accomplish what “they want”. If you can’t, then lead them to someone who can.
Always refine what you do if it’s not working, ask questions, create new skill sets, listen to successful people in your profession, or get advise from professionals who can further enhance your skill sets.
Never stop learning and never think YOU know it all. Your Ego will destroy you. I’ve seen the best performers lose out because they thought they knew it all. Always remember to measure your Ego with you bank account. Stay humble and you will create what you want in your life by helping others.
Creating positive relationships is an ongoing process. Be proud of what you do and if your not……change professions.
You become what you think about. Stay professional.

I just read a great article on the 7 Essential Design Elements for Great Business Blogs, by Denise Wakeman.
Being an interior designer by profession, I understand how everything begins with a great design, and the people who help you create it, even with Social Media and creating a great Blog.
Designing the creative aspects of a business is just as important as how something looks. As in the article, presentation is key to you attracting success and knowing how to set it all up.
Everyone seems to think a Designer only knows how to make things look good. But that’s only one aspect of the necessary talents a designer needs to be successful.
Being successful is about translation and interpreting the variables which leads to outcome and results. How you get there, can be filled with many obstacles and problems if you don’t know what your doing and who’s doing it for you.
You must know how to quickly change course and re-direct to accomplish your outcome. This is why your resources, the people you can depend on, are so very important to the success of their business.
Your reputation is built on your pass successes, so you better make sure you approach every project with the utmost integrity and you associate with high quality people.
I always believe, you are judged by the company you associate with. Whatever your profession is, always align yourself with high quality people. I believe this is your top priority.
When it comes to design, sometimes it’s not entirely about what something looks like, but more importantly, how to create it with the right coaches and mentors to bring about your own skill sets.
I’ve come across many talented designers in all aspects of my businesses. Many in the interior design, home business development, and online attraction marketing.
Names like Tom Challan, Jerry C. Chen, Emma Tiebens, Michael Klingler, Jorge Bueno, Mike Dillard, Mark Wieser, and Todd Falcone are the best of best, who create great results. These are designers who are architects of career advancement.
Don’t get me wrong here, designers are trained to make things look good or to direct you to an expected outcome. Sometimes a designer will be all about mentoring or coaching. Sometimes it’s about creating something that looks great.
Design does have a purpose and if it’s done properly, with the right designer, it can showcase who you are and most importantly the passions of your life!

Good luck!

I’ve always specialized in providing “The Best Of The Best” in anything I do, especially Network Marketing.
Whether it be information on Coaches, Training, or specific questions on how to build your business, I always get the answers I’m looking for.
This time, I needed some very important advise for myself and I knew who to call.
Locating the right people and the right information for your network marketing business or any business is very valuable to your training and success.
Your best resources and information can be hard to find, especially with all the content on the internet.
If you want to fast track your progress, by connecting to the best mentors, trainer’s, you must have good direction.
You need to find the right people who you feel comfortable with and trust.
There are so many great “Guru’s” in our business. Some will distract you and many are extremely gifted and you’ll hang on every word they say.
I make many calls every day, directing people in a home based business and I find, that direction and trust are the keys to your success or failure.
I recently needed some direction, so I called a business partner of mine, Jerry Chen http://buildamagneticnetwork.com/, who I feel is one of the most trusted resources in our industry. His integrity is right on the mark when it comes to value.
Jerry mentioned to me about a webinar he did at Renegade Professional. I immediately after our conversation, went to Renegade to listen to it.
Renegade Professional is an enormous training site, developed by Ann Seig and Michael Klingler. It educates on all aspects of Network Marketing, Social Media, and Attraction Marketing.
Many of the top income earner’s use this site for their day to day skill set enhancement . A short link to the site is: http://tinyurl.com/ykv7mrg
So knowing where to go and who to talk to, can be crucial to your success.

“Only YOU Can Stop YOU”, written by Mark Wieser, is incredible advice from one of the top coaches and trainers in the network marketing industry!
Why would I promote someone’s else’s advice? I feel Mark is a trainer who teaches without hype and directs with a passion for excellence.
I’ve been on his mailing list for quite some time and he always over delivers with great content and value.
I felt his email to me was very appropriate to what I believe in, and I felt I would pass it on for any of you to benefit from.
This can produce a breakthrough in ANY business you are doing. Please check out Marks Wieser’s link to below for additional training he’s put together.

Here we go……..
“Only YOU Can Stop YOU” by Mark Wieser
How successful will you be in your network marketing business six months from now?
Will you be making…
$500 a month? A thousand?
Ten thousand? More … ?
What will you do to get there?
Will you “do the best you can,”
OR… will you do even better?
Know this: the “best you can” today is far from the best you’re capable of.
That’s why my attitude’s driven not by what I think I’m capable of “today” but what I know I’ll be capable of “tomorrow.”
Here’s why:
We grow into success. And that means that the only real limits you & I face in this industry are the one’s we impose on ourselves (or allow others to impose upon us).
It’s not enough to think or “hope” you can. You have to make a decision to “know you can,” and let that drive the action you take on a daily basis.
Consider famed magician David Blaine…
In stunt after stunt, he’s faced down and conquered the seemingly impossible …
Why has David been able to do so many stunts that no one else has? Sure he’s in good shape but there’s undoubtedly people in as good of better physical condition as he.
Answer? Mental discipline.
He’s thoughts don’t control him, he controls his thoughts.
What about you?
What holds you back? What’s keeping you from reaching amazing levels of success in your network marketing business?
Lack of time?
Lack of training?
More likely… it’s what’s in your head.
Ask yourself this:
Are you controlling your fear (and doubts) or are they controlling you?
Does fear or anxiety keep you from doing what you KNOW you need to do?
Do you lack belief?
Take control. Take your life off autopilot and exercise mental discipline.
You know what you need to do. Start doing it. Don’t let anything, not fear or anxiety nor life’s distractions get in your way.
Focus on taking action and talking to people every day about your business.
Give yourself the freedom to make mistakes (I do … every single day).
This industry is 98% “attitude” and “mental discipline.”
Want to accomplish big things? Then make a decision that you’re going to. Then, believe it and ACT on your decision.
When doubt sneaks in, show it the door.
Don’t focus on your shortcomings or adverse circumstances. Make a decision to look beyond them, and know that things will change and you will get stronger and better when you do.
Don’t talk about what you’re going to do… do it.
There’s a great saying one of my mentors used to say.
He would say:
“Your actions speak so loudly, I can’t hear what your saying…”
Take a moment and really think that through.
It’s simple to understand, but it’s deep.
Look at what you’re doing. Are you REALLY building a network marketing business?
Or are you kidding yourself?
What ACTION are you taking? Are you telling people how committed you are, but not attending your company’s convention?
Are you talking to prospects every day?
Or are you kidding yourself?
How about 3-ways with your upline?
With the right attitude, mental discipline, and consistent daily action… success, your success, is a foregone conclusion.
Until next time . . .

I wanted to Thank You for visiting my site!
It took some time for me to determine what I felt would impact people’s lives and give them hope and direction.
Sometimes the content of what we want to publish doesn’t really give the reader a realistic point of view on what to expect on their road to success.
There’s ton’s of great content and articles being written everyday and many of them are very beneficial.
In the coming months, I will be referring some fabulous Blog’s and articles that will inspire you and keep you believing in your goals.
I recently made a comment on an article which talked about self awareness and being in the moment. This moment is called Mind Discipline.
Take a look at the article by clicking on the link below. By the way, Ezine Articles is a terrific resource to complement your reading as you develop your new skill sets and interests.
At Ezine Articles, See Meredith’s Self’s article on expanding your Awareness. She’s a very talented writer with great depth as it relates to focus.
Cut and paste here:

As we all know, success is never easy without the proper discipline. Yes the road is full of distractions and unless you stay the course and stay focused, you will end up suffering from TMI, commonly known as Too Much Information.
Everyone needs a direction and you must be willing to pay the price for your success. You must stay focused and stay on the course, even though your mind will beg to wander.
What I plan to offer you is a fast track for success over the next several weeks and months. I will refer you to Books, Coaches, Trainer’s, and Business’s that have impeccable reputations and discipline.
Design Your Life For Success can be simplified, providing the path you travel is an uncluttered one. TMI is everywhere but if your train your mind, it can give you more peace and more time to enjoy your life.
I will keep all the information, clear cut, built on success principles and will always provide the best of content and direction.
Much of my content will relate to many offline situations and online. I’m currently focused on the powerful aspects on Network Marketing.
Just look at what Donald Trump is doing lately. Network Marketing. Why?
It’s powerful, it creates huge leverage, and your not alone doing it. More multimillionaire’s have been created in this industry then any other.
It gives the average person, a chance at enormous success!
The power of leverage and the support of a great Team will keep you on track, focused and excited. This is what Network Marketing was founded on.
The skill sets you develop will relate to any job or situation. These skills are defined and proven. If you are teachable, your life will impact many lives both financially and spiritually.
To change the life of a family and give them hope again, can be the greatest reward of all.
I share with you what I hope will impact your life as it has mine by the people I have met along the way.
I have been taught many lessons in the following area’s and I hope something will resonate with you.
You are the messenger of your service or product.
Don’t come from fear or procrastination.
Step out in faith.
Whatever you you think about, you bring about. Watch what your thinking about. Again practice discipline.
Focus on creating results.
Get out of your comfort zone to create those results.
You are always looking to find a need and then go out and fill it.
Focus on people and not the reward. Your focus is a magnet, so be careful what your focusing on, because that will lead you to what you want to accomplish.
Disciplining your mind creates your power and that power will lead you to what you want.
Don’t be scattered. Mental discipline works in the same way as exercising daily. You must use it and practice it. The better you get at it, the faster your results will come.
And lastly……..
Success is about Relationships. Get to know more about people and your world will astonishing better!
A great Blog for this is www.therelationalmarketer.com. by Emma Tiebens. Emma’s Blog was just written up as being in the top 50 Blog’s on the Internet.
Emma is a rare jewel that captures the essence of what it’s like to live a gifted life. The world of relationships is what Emma teaches and with that discipline, Emma impacts many lives!
Discipline is hard work and I hope to share with you many inspiring story’s that will help you capture your talents.
Trust your instincts and design your life for success!
Until next time,
Barry Papo
