“When People Hear The Word Design or Designer”…What Are They Thinking?

I just read a great article on the 7 Essential Design Elements for Great Business Blogs, by Denise Wakeman.

Being an interior designer by profession, I understand how everything begins with a great design, and the people who help you create it, even with Social Media and creating a great Blog.

Designing the creative aspects of a business is just as important as how something looks.  As in the article, presentation is key to you attracting success and knowing how to set it all up.

Everyone  seems to think a Designer only knows how to make things look good. But that’s only one aspect of  the necessary talents a designer needs to be successful.

Being successful is about translation and interpreting the variables which leads to outcome and results. How you  get there, can be filled with many obstacles and problems if you don’t know what your doing and who’s doing it for you.

You must know  how to quickly change course and re-direct to accomplish your outcome. This is why your resources, the people you can depend on, are so very important to the success of their business.

Your reputation is built on your pass successes, so you better make sure you  approach every project with the utmost integrity and you associate with high quality people.

I  always believe, you are judged by the company you associate with. Whatever your profession is, always align yourself with high quality people. I believe this is your top priority.

When it comes to design, sometimes it’s not entirely about what something looks like, but more importantly, how to create it with the right coaches and mentors  to bring about your own skill sets.

I’ve come across many talented designers in all aspects of my businesses. Many in the interior design, home business development, and online attraction marketing.

Names like Tom Challan, Jerry C. Chen, Emma Tiebens, Michael Klingler, Jorge Bueno, Mike Dillard, Mark Wieser, and Todd Falcone are the best of best,  who create great results.  These are designers who are architects of career advancement.

Don’t get me wrong here, designers are trained to make things look good or to direct you to an expected outcome. Sometimes a designer will  be all about mentoring or coaching. Sometimes it’s  about creating something that looks great.

Design does have a purpose and if  it’s done properly, with the right designer, it can showcase who you are and most importantly the passions of your life!

“Building Relationships Via Email”

When it comes to email, so much of it goes into spam or junk mail, that you wonder if its all worth it.

We all know, it does pay, if your following the correct steps.

After listening to this Webinar given by AWeber, interviewing Chris Guillebeau, http://tinyurl.com/ydfc6ul
my perspective changed on email marketing.

It’s another art form to build your relationships and your business.

Successful relationship marketing is the key to everything we do.

As an example of “Transparency” in Email Marketing, Look at Emma Tieben’s website. Emma is on the forefront of technology and effective relationship building.

As an expert in her field for Relationship Building and Execution, Emma continues to break new ground in this art form. http://www.therelationalmarketer.com/

Knowing your resources and where to go to find them, is vital to your success in business and your friendships.

If you don’t keep up with technology, you get left behind. I hate being in the
dark….it scares me LOL.

This is another resource to keep you on the cutting edge!
